By purchasing a DIRECTV system, you agree that a minimum, qualifying package shall be maintained for 12 continuous months and your DIRECTV Account will be kept current..

You must activate minimum, qualifying programming on both System, additional receivers and fill out and provide all required written contracts within 10 days of receipt.

System receiver must be authorized first. Minimum, qualifying programming must be activated before any other programming.

If purchasing for someone else or giving as a gift we must receive recipient's name, address and phone #, and you shall be responsible for their obligations.

System receiver CAN NOT be used as second, slave or replacement receiver.

If your system is deactivated for any reason within the first year (12 Continuous months), the surcharge and any and all equipment and installation cost will be charged back to you.

Receiver must not be deactivated for any reason and all DIRECTV bills must be paid in full when due. Both are required in order to avoid any surcharge.

If you do not meet all of these obligations, you agree in advance to pay the surcharges listed below, plus any and all collection costs including interest at a rate of 24%. By purchasing a DIRECTV system you authorize us to collect these amounts, including an automatic, pre-authorized charge on your credit card. Additionally, the customer authorizes Timberville Electronics, Inc. to investigate the financial responsibility and credit worthiness (including, without limitation, acquiring credit reports and histories). Purchasing a DIRECTV System from DISH KING restricts you from receiving FREE or reduced installation from DIRECTV. You the customer are responsible for any and all charges related to installation. If you the customer contact DIRECTV for professional installation, you agree in advance to be charged installation surcharge of $199 in accordant with our billing policies. If you require installation Call DISH KING to arrange installation in your area. Standard Installation is $199.00.
