You agree to have your StarBand system installed by a local Competent StarBand Certified Technician. This technician must have all necessary tools. This is required for your protection and that of other users.

By purchasing a StarBand system, you agree to activate StarBand Internet Service and maintained activation for 12 continuous months and your Account shall be kept current.

You must activate within 7 days of receipt and fill out and provide all written contracts, as required by DISH KING, within 10 days of receipt.

If purchasing for someone else or giving as a gift we must receive recipient's name, address and phone #, and you shall be responsible for their obligations.

If your StarBand System is deactivated for any reason within the first year (12 Continuous months), the surcharge and any and all equipment and installation cost will be charged back to you.

Your StarBand System must not be deactivated for any reason and all bills must be paid in full when due. Both are required in order to avoid any surcharge or equipment and installation chargebacks.

If receiving a free or reduced price on a StarBand system and you do not maintain qualifying programming, you agree to pay the full undiscounted amount for the system including all installation cost.

If you do not meet all of these obligations, you agree in advance to pay the surcharges listed below and any equipment and installation cost, plus any and all collection costs including interest at a rate of 24%. By purchasing a DISH Network system or receivers, you authorize us to collect these amounts, including an automatic, pre-authorized charge on your credit card. Additionally, the customer authorizes Timberville Electronics, Inc. to investigate the financial responsibility and credit worthiness (including, without limitation, acquiring credit reports and histories).
